Botswana Makes A Stand
Posted On 08/17/2008 18:17:06 by Lloyd

I was happy to hear that Botswana president Ian Khama will not be attending the SADC summit because his governemnt does not recognise Mugabe's re-election. Africa has 53 countries including the island groups and what's really dissappointing is that out of 53 nations only 2 (Kenya and Botswana) have spoken outrightly about Mugabe's mismanagement of Zimbabwe. If only the leaders of the other 51 countries could stop sitting on the fence and take action against Mugabe, we as a continent can stop the attrocities that are going on there and help sart the rebuilding.

Botswana have shown there dedication to the continent.....I wonder who will be next?
